Kroger Baby & Kid Expo "Free Groceries for a Year" contest rules. No Purchase required.  Entrants must be residents of the U.S. 18 years of age and over.  To enter, a registration form must be completed with your name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number and placed in the contest registration box at the Kroger Baby & Kid Expo between the hours of 10:00am – 5:00pm on Saturday, February 11th, 2006 and 11:00am – 4:00pm on Sunday, February 12th, 2006.  One grand prize winner will be selected from entries received on Saturday, February 11th, 2006 and one grand prize winner will be selected from entries received on Sunday, February 12th, 2006.  Winners will be announced Monday, February 13th, 2006 at 8:15AM on B98.5FM by Kelly & Alpha. Winner does not need to be present to win.    Winners will be notified by telephone and / or U.S. Mail by February 18th, 2006.  The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.  Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.  Potential winners must sign and return any required affidavit / liability release within 14 days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected.  By entering this contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Cox Radio, Inc. which shall be final in all matters.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners name and likeness for advertising / trade purposes without further compensations, unless prohibited by law.  Certain restrictions apply. "Free Groceries for a Year" is awarded as $2,500.00 worth of Kroger Gift Certificates to each of the two grand prize winners.  No substitutions are allowed except by sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.  Cox Radio, Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotional agencies, or employees thereof, are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, caused by this prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of this prize.  Employees of Cox Radio, Inc., Sponsors, Promotional Partners and Exhibitors of the 2006 Kroger Baby & Kid Expo, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotional agencies or any other media companies are not eligible to win.  The 2006 Kroger Baby & Kid Expo will be held at the Cobb Galleria Centre located at 2 Galleria Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339 on February 11th & 12th, 2006.  Concerns may be directed to Andrew Rudd, Cox Radio Group Atlanta, 1601 W Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309.
