Hello Everyone,
I thought I would send to all of you the note that I rec'd from The Fox
Theatre yesterday. As all of you know, we had a remote at the Fox Theatre
for the on-sale of the Rockettes on Saturday morning. This was a tough one
to pull off given the nature of this remote and Will and I were sweating it
out. Will and I had memorized and rehearsed our scripts of what we would
say, assuming that the turn out would be poor. The good news is, we didn't
have to use them. There was a steady flow of people that showed up and there
was a line of at least 20 people to buy tickets when I first arrived. As you
can see below, the client was very pleased.
I also wanted to thank Peter and Will for coming through on the "food" part.
It really added a nice touch to the event.
Feel free to share this with your clients as you see fit.
LA

Lynda, Will and Kelly,
Thanks so much for your help with yesterday's event. We sold over 500
tickets at the box office. I think it was a great success. By 2pm yesterday,
we had sold over 3,400 tickets... We're already over 45,000 tickets sold
including subscriptions, groups and individuals... so it should be a great
year.
Attached are photos from yesterday. I'll send them in a couple emails.
Thanks again,
Michelle Quiles
