The Thrashers will wear their “Code Red” alternate jerseys on Saturday, Dec. 20 vs. their Southeast Division rival, the Tampa Bay Lightning … Atlanta has posted a 1-1-0 record in their third jerseys this season; defeating Carolina 3-2 on Nov. 14 and dropping a 4-2 decision vs. St. Louis on Nov. 30.

• Forward Ilya Kovalchuk continued to add to his team-leading point total last week, recording four points (2g, 2a) in three games … Kovalchuk scored one goal on Dec. 10 vs. the NY Rangers and followed that up with a three-point (1g, 2a) performance on Dec. 12 vs. Boston … The Thrashers leading scorer has posted 24 points (8g, 16a) over his last 18 contests.
• Defenseman Nathan Oystrick tallied his second-career multiple point game on Saturday, Dec. 13 at Boston, recording one goal and one assist in that game … After being held scoreless through the first 11 games of his NHL career, Oystrick has earned eight points (3g, 5a) in 10 games since recording his first NHL point on Nov. 25 at Toronto … The 25-year old rookie ranks second among Thrashers defensemen in overall scoring with eight points (3g, 5a) this season.
• Forward Todd White had a productive week offensively, tallying three points (1g, 2a) in three games … White is tied for second on the Thrashers with 24 points (8g, 16a) through 29 games this season … The 33-year old is tied for the team lead with nine multiple-point games, including a season-high two goals on Nov. 25 at Toronto.
