Participants must be residents of the state of Georgia, with a valid Georgia Drivers License or Georgia State Issued ID and be at least 18 years of age or older. Full or part-time employees of Cox Radio, Inc., Cox Enterprises or its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, owners and employees of other radio stations licensed to communities in the Atlanta market, owners and employees of vendors of 976 numbers and immediate family members of any of the foregoing are ineligible. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Limit one prize per family, household, address or residential phone number. Anyone who has misrepresented their identity will be disqualified from this and all WSB-FM contests. Cox Radio, Inc. is the sponsor of this promotion ("B98.5FM" or "WSB-FM").


HOW TO WIN: To be eligible to win the pre-determined amount of money specific to each play in the The The "B-Money Buzzer" Contest, B98.5FM will play the The "B-Money Buzzer" at various times Monday through Sunday from 6:00AM to 12:00AM during the promotional period in intervals as frequently as every thirty (30) minutes, and up to ninety six (96) hours. When the The "B-Money Buzzer" plays, listeners will then dial 404-741-0985. The 28th caller will be asked the following questions before being declared a Cash Winner or Finalist:

1. Are you at least 18 years or old, a resident of Georgia and do you have your valid Georgia Drivers License or Georgia State Issued ID with you?
2. Have you or anyone in your family been a previous winner of This Contest within the last 90 days?
3. Are you or anyone in your immediate family an employee of Cox Radio, Inc., Cox Enterprises or its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or an owner or employee of other radio stations licensed to communities in the Atlanta market, or an owner or employee of a 976 number vendor?

If the 28th caller is eligible, he or she will be declared: (1) a Cash Winner of a pre-determined amount of money specific to each play; and (2) a winner in The B98.5FM The "B-Money Buzzer" Contest. If the 28th caller is ineligible, he or she will be disqualified and the next caller (pending verification of eligibility as above) will be declared the cash winner and finalist.

Any winning contestant must be the participant who originally dialed the phone to the radio station to participate in the contest. No family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be allowed to participate in the contest on another person's behalf. A contestant must provide his or her own name as listed on his or her valid Georgia Drivers License or Georgia State Issued ID. If a contestant uses a false name, an invalid Georgia Drivers License or Georgia State Issued ID number, or another person's Georgia Drivers License or Georgia State Issued ID number he or she will be immediately disqualified from the contest and be ineligible to win any prize, and may result in legal ramifications.


PRIZES & ODDS: A pre-determined amount of money specific to each play will be announced daily during the The "B-Money Buzzer" Contest. The odds of winning a pre-determined amount of money specific to each play depend on the number and order of callers, and when the contestants hear the The "B-Money Buzzer" each day.

Each winner will win a pre-determined amount of money specific to each play, after hearing the The "B-Money Buzzer." Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or alternative prize substitution. All taxes and associated fees are the responsibility of the prize winner. B98.5FM (WSB-FM) is not responsible for and will provide no warranties regarding the use of any prize.


HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES: B98.5FM (WSB-FM) requires that all winners visit Cox Radio Studios, 1601 West Peachtree Street, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30309, during regular business hours to provide required claim documentation and claim their prize.

Each winner will be required during that visit to show identification with his or her complete name, birth date, and address acceptable to B98.5FM (WSB-FM). Each winner will be required to execute in a form acceptable to B98.5FM (WSB-FM) an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release releasing and holding harmless B98.5FM (WSB-FM) and its corporate parents, prize and technology providers, and their respective affiliated entities and subsidiaries, from any and all claims of liability, damages or taxes arising from or relating to participation in the contest or and the receipt, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. By claiming a prize, each winner and, if applicable, his/her parents or guardian consent to the use by B98.5FM (WSB-FM) or its affiliated companies, of his/her name, voice, likeness, picture and/or biographical information for public relations, and agrees to sign a form authorizing such use before claiming any prize. Prior to receipt of any prize, the winner must provide B98.5FM (WSB-FM) with his or her correct social security number and/or Federal Tax ID Number. Winners will also be required to sign a W-9 form prior to prize receipt. Failure to do any of the foregoing may, at B98.5FM's (WSB-FM) option, result in forfeiture of prize, which will not be awarded to anyone else at B98.5FM's (WSB-FM) discretion.

By participating in this promotion, contestants and winners agree to hold harmless B98.5FM (WSB-FM), its agencies, advertisers, licensees, and immediate families of any and all legal action from any incident or act whether known or unknown resulting from participating in this promotion.

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to the use of his or her name, voice and picture for press, publicity, promotional, or advertising purposes by B98.5FM (WSB-FM) without compensation and waive any claim of royalty, for said use, unless prohibited by law. Any calls to B98.5FM (WSB-FM) phone lines may be recorded for use on air any time.


MISCELLANEOUS: Void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. No purchase is necessary.

In the event of any dispute regarding the contest, eligibility, or the contest rules, the decision of B98.5FM (WSB-FM) management is final.

B98.5FM (WSB-FM) is not responsible for loss of service to 404-741-0985 due to overload, busy signals, cell phone drop out or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to B98.5FM during the time(s) of the contest and prior to identifying and accepting the 28th caller, the contest will be replayed at the resumption of service, as announced on B98.5FM (WSB-FM).

Winners are responsible for tax liability for all prizes. B98.5FM (WSB-FM) will issue an IRS Form 1099 to cash prizes valued at $600 or more and will report said prize to the IRS for the tax year in which the prize will be awarded.

Should any dispute arise over the interpretation of these rules or the implementation of the contest or award of prizes, each contestant by his or her participation in this contest consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.
