Make Your Day Better-OFFICIAL RULES
1.ELIGIBILITY
Must be 18 or over. Photo ID required. The "Make Your Day Better" contest is open to Georgia residents except employees of Cox Radio, Inc. and its partially and fully-owned subsidiaries, participating sponsor(s), their employees and the immediate families of those employees. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. One winner per person per household. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. All federal, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

2.CONDITIONS OF WINNING
Official rules are available at the B98.5FM (WSB-FM) business offices (1601 West Peachtree Street Atlanta, GA 30309) between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday. By entering the "Make Your Day Better" Contest, contestants give permission for their name, photo and/or voice to be used for promotional purposes without compensation. Winners must sign a promotional release form as a condition of receiving a prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes. Prizes must be claimed at the B98.5FM (WSB-FM) business office within 30 business days or be forfeited. $1,000.00 prizewinners are not eligible to win a contest on B98.5FM (WSB-FM) for 90 days.

B98.5FM (WSB-FM) will not be responsible for loss of service to the call-in line or for a contestant's failure to reach the call-in line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to B98.5FM (WSB-FM) during a call-in period of the "Make Your Day Better" Contest and prior to accepting the winning caller, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at B98.5FM's (WSB-FM) sole discretion. The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

3.CONSTRUCTION
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

4.SPONSOR
The "Make Your Day Better" Contest is sponsored by B98.5FM (WSB-FM). The decisions of B98.5FM (WSB-FM) regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of the "Make Your Day Better" Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. B98.5FM (WSB-FM) will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the "Make Your Day Better" Contest. 5.METHOD OF ENTRY
Beginning on Monday April 21st, 2008 and lasting through Friday May 16th, 2008, B98.5FM (WSB-FM) will encourage its audience to listen each weekday morning during our 98 minutes of commercial free music at 9:00AM. When B98.5FM (WSB-FM) plays the winning song listed on the Song Calendar at www.B985.com, the 25th caller to 404-741-0985 will win $1,000.00.

NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE(S):
Winner(s), if any, will be the 25th caller after we play the winning song. Winners, if any, will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, when claiming their prize. Affidavit of Eligibility must be complete and include winner's social security or resident alien identification number. The information in winner's Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct and must mirror the information provided in winner's entry or winner is disqualified. If winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, or if the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. No unclaimed prizes will be awarded. By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants Sponsor, Sponsor's designee and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical information and written submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless required by law.

DISQUALIFICATION/TERMINATION:
Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content and/or prize providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this promotion are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including those resulting from the efforts of hackers. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a contestant's eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this promotion which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion.

6.OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Please include date(s) in question. Rules are subject to change without notice.
