Emma Watson debuts ‘Time’s Up’ tattoo at Vanity Fair Oscars Party

Emma Watson has been supporting the Time’s Up movement strongly and over the weekend she displayed a tattoo on her arm during the Vanity Fair Oscars Party that read “Times Up” to inspire change.
