Police have busted an alleged porch pirate in Gwinnett County.

Police say Kyle Thomas Witzel, 36, of Buford was caught on security cameras taking packages from the mail room at an apartment complex on Laurel Crossing Parkway.

When police went to arrest him at that same apartment complex, they found the stolen packages and a large amount of drugs there.

He is now locked up in the Gwinnett County jail.
