Sheet Pan Pancakes

Tad recently tried his hand at Sheet Pan Pancakes and they were INCREDIBLE. The best part? No flipping required!

>>Here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 3/4 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs, beaten to blend
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup plus 1 to 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (see Cook’s Note)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam, preferably seedless, warmed
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 banana, halved crosswise and thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • Maple syrup and whipped cream, for serving
